From my first business in the mid-90s when we were ripping out lawns to put in native gardens, my work has been about making the world a place where nature and people thrive.

Now, I’m using my 20+ years of experience in sustainable development around the world to help mission-driven organizations scale their impact. My superpower is in bringing diverse groups of stakeholders together across differences to achieve common goals. I love working with innovators to map our new territory and do things that have never been done before.

I write and speak to audiences about how we can take on the climate and nature crises and what the world looks like when we do.
